Oriv­et is an inno­va­tor in the ani­mal genet­ics mar­ket, dri­ven by a tech­nol­o­gy-led approach that is sup­port­ed with robust secu­ri­ty. Backed by sci­ence, Oriv­et is focused on cre­at­ing health­i­er, hap­pi­er lives for ani­mals and their own­ers. The busi­ness was launched in Aus­tralia 10 years ago, and since then has grown to NZ, the US, Japan, Europe and Asia. The com­pa­ny has grown expo­nen­tial­ly dur­ing Covid and the need for a rebrand became apparent.

Super­bolds task was to present the Oriv­et brand as a trust­ed, per­son­alised solu­tion for your animal’s long-term health. It had to engage with a wide audi­ence of Breed­ers, Pet Own­ers, Vets and present in a con­sis­tent man­ner to increase brand aware­ness whilst also ensur­ing key mes­sages were clear­ly communicated.

The new iden­ti­ty embod­ies a sense of trust, qual­i­ty and inno­va­tion whilst also hav­ing a nod to the brands his­to­ry with the rein­ter­pre­ta­tion of the DNA stand and a dog. The linework from the mark con­tin­ues in the visu­al lan­guage, flow­ing and inter­sect­ing in the form of DNA strains while wrap­ping over and under hero pho­tog­ra­phy. Bold and bright colours were used to cre­ate a hap­py and approach­able feel along with tar­get­ing a younger audi­ence. The new brand is func­tion­al across a wide range of appli­ca­tions includ­ing pack­ag­ing, print col­lat­er­al, dig­i­tal com­mu­ni­ca­tions and web­site. Oriv­et is thrilled with their new brand and con­tin­ue to work with Super­bold on new and excit­ing projects.
